I just visited Autotrols web site today and you can download the owners manuals for all models of water softeners that they make. I have an Autotrol water softner and it is a good one so try contacting the company. They are made by Osmonics Corporation and the web address is www.osmonics.com and their ph# is 800 848-1750.
