Drywall will not stop the mold from growing. Besides getting rid of the present mold, get rid of the source of the mold to start with which is humidity and bacteria. You are probably looking at dehumidifiers or a energy recovery ventilator system that brings in outside air and exchanges it. What are your humidity levels and do you have any direct moisture coming in from your walls or floors? You may need some moisture proofer on the concrete. Also press control and f and do a search on all our prior posts on mold and mildew.
