I am having asthmatic reactions which I feel are caused by mildew (musty smell) in a condo I have rented for the season in Florida. The landlord does not smell anything!
How do I confirm that there is mildew present? What kind of professional would I call to check out the place?
Would appreciate any suggestions ASAP!! Had to go to the emergency room last week as a result.
