Typically, can settling be expected to cease after a certain time frame. My house (owned for 6 months) is 10 years old and has settled to the point that one door won't close and there are cracks in the driveway and slab foundation (saw when carpet replaced). I will, of course, moniotor the situation for new indications of additional settling, but just wondering how worried I should be.
