Renovation and Addition Project Message 2

I have already sent you one request to select our home for a renovation project. In my first message I left out sme criteria you use to consider the project. We would like to spend between $125,000 to $150,000 on this project and are flexible on the time of construction, however we are striving for Spring of 1999. Thank you.
