There are two different types of fiberglass, polyethylene based and epoxy based, and they don't necessarily like each other. Your tube is probably polyethylene based and the stuff smells beyond all belief when curing. Bondo makes repair kits available thru auto supply store or big, full service retailers. Myra, how much repair do you have to do? Be sure to do any work on this outside.
