I just built a new house, and after the laminate countertops were installed, we realized that they blended too much into the cabinets (the maple cabinets are a warm cider color). Is there anything I can do to separate the two? If I had planned better, I would have added a cherry wood edge to the countertop...Is it possible for this type of edging to be added after the laminate has been installed??????
Another idea would be to install granite tile over the laminate...Is this recommended or is it a bad idea?
