I am putting up new kitchen cabinets that go to the ceiling. I will put crown molding between the top and the ceiling. Does anyont know of a comprehensive web site that goes into details like which side is down (thin side or thick), whether to mount nailer/backing strips on the top edge of a cabinet and how it is done, can a nailing gun be used with small gauge nails without drilling pilot holes, and how to make the various miter cuts needed. I have seen sites dealing with the cuts but not necessarily this other information. Any suggestions here would be most welcome of course. Thanks!
