I've resigned myself to having a wet basement in my dry area of California where it rains once in awhile. We're treating the walls, installing a channel and sump pump, and regrading the exterior. However, I want to replace the carpeting with tile that can take the water. Is there such a thing? Tile and grouting that can take a wet concrete subfloor?
