Wait 30 seconds after new battery installation to begin. Find the DIP switches on your opener (the motor unit). Note which ones are in the closed (on or down)positions; i.e. switches#1,2,4,6,8 & 0 are down, closed or on for this example. Press the learn radio button twice. Key in 1-2-3-4 (in that sequence). Now key in the code from the DIP switch 1-2-4-6-8-0 (for this example). Press the learn radio button once. If you have the code wires instead of a DIP switch then uncliped = on. To program a new keypad code do the following: Press learn code twice. Key in the default code 1-2-3-4. Key in your new 4 digit code (like 9-5-3-8). Press learn code once.
