Paint is really hard to get out once it is set in. Good luck trying to get it out but you probably won't and it may fade over numerous washings.
Not to worry though, your son can treat it as a status symbol. Whether it is a paint or grease stain, it shows he works for a living which is something to be proud of these days. He can wear them with pride.
