Are tankless hot water heaters economical in the northeast? I looked at the SEISCO web page and it seemed like all those products would not be appropriate for use in my area -- it talks about the rarity of the water temperature dropping below 60 degrees -- its well below that for most of the year in Massachusetts!
Is the cost of running a tankless hot water heater cheaper than the traditional one? I currently have a gas hot water tank.
