I am looking for information on Zinsco electrical panels. Concerns were raised by a home inspector that inspected a home my husband and I are considering. In addition to this cape cod home having 4 panels (1 outside, 2 in the basement, and one in the shed), the inspector thought there were numerous signs of amateur work and Zinsco panels. He advised there are no longer manufactured because of the possibility that they caused house fires.
