If you decide to do this yourself (not a good idea if house is severely out of level), be sure to use enough jacks to spread out the load and be sure do the lifting SLOWLY. Your house did not settle in one day, so forcing it back to level in one day will only cause more problems than you have now.
Once all the jacks are snug, I would only tighten them a quarter turn every couple days (even that might be too much).
