simply remove the ceiling panels and the hardware supporting them. unscrew the brackets from the wall and patch the holes. replace the light troffers with regular fixtures. consider that a possible reason a drop ceiling was installed in the first place is because they needed access to something in the ceiling or the work/$ involved in drywalling was cost prohibitive. you could always replace the ceiling panels with more attractive ones that are made today if you wanted. good luck-
