I'm all for fire safety but if that was the objective I would suggest spring hinges or a door closer but since it's not here is an easy fix. Take out the hinge pin of the middle hinge and bend it slightly .... just slightly. This will cause a little more friction in the hinge and the door will stay where you want it.
