On 2/19/01 I posted a not about the same problem. I contacted Sears who in turn contacted Chamberalin. Chamberlain sent me 2 new remotes. Received on 2/28/01. They both work plus ONE of the old ones. Something to do with the rollocode. Contact Sears or Chamberlain.
