Hello..hubby and I are thinking bout installing wooden ceiling planks onto our ceiling..the stuff that is there now is that "popcron" stuff popular yrs ago..do we need to get rid of that popcorn stuff before installing the planks?..if so, do you knokw of an easy/least messy way to do so?? :)
