I am wanting to enlarge a room on my house. Only problem is I have Asbestos shingles on the exterior of my house. I will probably put vinyl siding on the house and am not worried about just covering the asbestos siding. I do however have to remove two sections of exterior walls about 10' long each. I have read several posts on this site but nothing that exactly talks about my problem. What do I need to know about removing these shingles? Is there any great danger or can I do it myself? Any help is appreciated.
