I've seen a lot of messages regarding painting/glazing bathroom tile, but nothing about removing it. The previous owner has either painted or glazed the tiles in my bath. I was assuming it was painted but after reading the various posts I'm not sure; both tile & grout are covered. It's a horrid job; there are holes in the covered grout in various places and it clashes with the otherwise older bathroom. I'm betting the original colors are pink & black, however I'd prefer that to the sloppy job I'm looking at now. Can I strip ceremic tiles? What if it's glazed? How do I know the difference?
