I just currently hired a painter! The whole house turned out well. Except for the master-bathroom, the home is 11 years old. They went to paint the ceiling in the bathroom,a couple hours later the paint started to crack and fall off the ceiling. They approcehed it again the second time, and the same thing happened once again. Could you inform me on what to use as a paint striper to get the rest of the paint off, and what the following steps are. I let those painters go, I think I have been had, and decided to see if I can do this task myself. Please help. Thank You.
