Human Urine Smell Inside A Used Car That We Purchased Recently

I need your help on how to removed this urine smell from the car interior. It is specially worse when the heater and airconditioner is on.We believed that this car was owned by an elderly who probably have bladder problem. I will apprecate your help. I have tried Lysol, Fabreze, pet odor spray & all kinds of air deodorizer, but the smell is still there. Please help.
