Intalling a 6 ft.Shadow Box (board on board) Fence

Ihave a yard that slopes about a foot from the left most corner to the right most corner. I am installing a shadow box fence and unlike the stockade fence I installed at my old house, the shadow box cannot be "leaned" so that the fencing remains perpidicular to the ground and aligns with the posts. It seems I will have to install the fence with "steps" to keep it level and perpendicular or disassemble each section and renail it with a single nail in each board so that I can "lean" it to hug the ground. HELP!!!
