What's the best way to make an approximate 4 inch hole in a concrete walkway? Masonry bit, chissel? My down spout drains right onto the walkway and I would like to hook it up to a drainage pipe (stupid builder, but I'm not the original owner). The part of the walkway where the drain would go is right next to the garage foundation, so I might have problems with that.
