We don't want to drain hundreds of gallons to change the one underwater light in the pool. It's on the pool side about 3 feet under the surface. How can we do it?
P.S. We also have a stubborn stain near the drain. Any ideas of removing it without emptying the pool? (thousands of gallons. Thanks.
