I have readily found the bases at any home center here. They either come in treated wood or plastic, heavy plastic.
they are easy to install, get a four by four and pry up the header a bit so some pressure is off the column and then slide out the old and apply liquid nails to the new and slide it in. Caulk good all around the base, then release the four by four and you should be set.
