My garage floor leaches mineral deposits. When I purchased the home, I was told that a sealer would solve the problem. I have paid to have the floor cleaned and sealed with a concrete sealer, but the mineral deposits were back within one day. Is there any way to permanently solve this problem without tearing into the floor itself? Any suggestions for a tried and true remedy would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
