I am at a loss! granite countertops are now installed on my new cabinets. Problem#1 the overhead cabinet is about 1 inch shorter than the previous cabinet and the countertop is 1-1/2 inches overhang from the cabinet. What do I do with the backsplash tile? It will either not go to the edge of the granite or be over the edge of the overhead cabinet. Problem#2 I intend to go up to the overhead(higher than the previous tile) but I have overhead, window, corner, blank wall. How high do I put the tile on the blank wall? same as under the cabinet? HELP!
