we removed old wallpaper which peeled off easy but the plaster walls underneath appear to have been texturized .What do I do to smooth them out so that I can paint them. The area involved is a large l-shaped living/dining space measuring 26ft/23 ft with a 13 ft width. The walls are also very yellow. The walls peak at 16 ft. Much detailed help will be great appreciated.
