electrical outlet boxes(plastic or metal)

I AM REINSULATING MY HOUSE AND JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF I SHOULD REPLACE THE METAL OUTLET BOXES WITH THE NEWER
PLASTIC BOXES. would there be any advantage in doing this or is it just a matter of preference?
