Thanks for the response, Jay. I have contacted Ralph Lauren on their technique line. They just can't understand while the glaze is drying so quickly, 4 minutes. They claim it should remain wrkable for 15 and has in their "laboratory". I haven't givin up yet but am getting quite frustrated.
