How to remove rust from concrete?

My front porch has several rust stains from previous owners' metal flower pots, milk cans, etc.

I tried using my LAUNDRY rust remover...it did remove the rust but now I have WHITE marks where the rust was.

Is there a better solution to removing rust stains from concrete?
