We just bought a house that was built in the 60's, and the ceiling tiles in the basement are quite dirty, and some need to be replaced. Is it possible to paint some of the existing ones, as well as the new ones so that we have a uniform look? If so, what kind of paint should we use, and do we need to use a primer also? Thanks.
