Install cabinets or lay tile first?

Hi all!

I'm getting ready to finish off my kitchen and was wondering if any of you had any advice on whether I should...

-tile the entire floor and then install the kitchen cabinets over the top of the tile
OR
-install the cabinets first and then lay durarock and ceramic tile up to the cabinets.

I can see some advantages to both. If I install cabinets first I save the cost of the tile and durarock under the cabinets, which is a lot of area. If I install the tile floor first I can save myself all the time spent cutting and trimming that would need to be done if I had to tile around cabinets.

Any advice from the experts???
