Guess I never knew what that stuff was for. I'm thinking it would be greasy, like petroleum jelly? Perhaps not.
Okay, now that I have these nice white marks on my concrete porch (where the rust has been removed), will a bleach wash lighten the rest and make the white marks blend in?
I'll remember the naval jelly for future use!! Thanks, Steve!
