where to buy a ceiling fan pull chain 4 wire

(4 wires but I don't know if all of them are
counted - 3 layers

One fan place told me what I need was an A08
He didn't have any.
Another place didn't either and said try the
internet
but I can't find any place with fan parts
and switches for sale.

These 4 wire switches are all different
- Home Depot didn't carry one with pull chain
and 4 wire (3 wire? functions.

Any suggesttions
