Need tips.Problem: exterior paint on cedar shingles pealing - needs to be repainted. What is the best way to: 1. Remove old pealing paint- scrape or hi-pressure hose or? 2. How do I prepare the surface so that it doesn't have that "been scraped & re-painted" look ?
