Because of moisture under the green artificial grass carpeting on our balcony, we have removed it. What is the best way to get the remaining adhesive off the concrete? The tool we are using with a flat blade is very hard work.
I intend to use a sponge blocking method to paint stones on the concrete? What is the best paint
and sealer to retain the paint?
