I'm sure I speak for many if not all of the regular gang when I say that we really appreciate people like you who stay involved on the board through the whole project. Believe me, it helps us get better too.
A project that I advised on at another board ended up winning a $1000 prize for the person that I was advising. I'm not sure that I wasn't happier about it than the winner was--and we were both pretty happy. That made my week.
As nice as you are, I'm sure that Steve: would drop everything and help you hang drywall but he is probably so busy painting brick fireplaces that he just can't get away. LOL
