We have lived in this house for 5 years (in Dallas). We have had a very wet year so far. I looked in the crawl space and noticed it was damp. No standing water but the dirt is moist. I have been under this house many times,with no other dampness present. Do I worry? Do I try to Dry? How? (side vents are clear and open)
