Mike, before the service man gets there, you might want to check your filter, clean or replace. If it's accessable, you could check the evap. coil to see if it's dirty. Is the evap. fan motor running when the coil freezes up? Other than those checks, normally, a service man is required to leak check, repair and charge. It's not the humidity. Good luck! JackD
