My 7 year old dryer is making a high pitched noise like something is scrapping. Based upon other feedback I have replaced the belt and idler pulley but the noise still exists. I don't want to call a repair person because I can probably get another for the price I would pay. It is a GE DDE7100SBLWW electric dryer. Any thoughts before I give up?
