there is in my opinion a very close relationship with price (retail) of goods to quality of goods, especially in the paint industry and power tool industry. I always subscribe to the fact that you get what you pay for. when buying a "cheap" tool, consider this. "when I use this tool should I expect professional results and assurance that it will work and do its job when I demand it to do so". Name brand tools like Mikati, Porter, Bosch, and more will do so. Your call. in answer to your question, I for one, have not heard of that brand or manu.
