My 3 year old son tipped over a whole gallon of the oil based paint we were using on our window trims. If anyone has this problem, do not sandblast before trying "orange glow" or any other type of this degreaser. Yes, it worked!!! I tried using Jasco's Premium paint remover and it didn't work. Just spray on the orange degreaser and let set for 5 minutes. Use a scrub brush in a circular motion and watch it come right off. I was so amazed! It took two applications, but our concrete is back to normal now.
