They are hard to operate, the hardware doesn't last, cleaning the carpet around them is usually a disaster, etc. Most of ours are now hanging from regular door hinges for these reasons and they don't really track, but they work a lot better.
Bill, do you have space for pocket doors? Two doors hinged to go way back around? ANYTHING BUT POCKET DOORS!!! You will thank me or curse yourself later, your choice. Hope I remember this so I can say "I told you so."
