Hi Sebastien, (Your English is fine!) Steve: is right. The Installation Instructions that come with the ladder have everything you need. See the following 2 WEB sites for info. I believe you can get either, or both, at a Home Depot or Lowes or other Home Center. If you CAN'T find them, visit the Building Materials Desk and ask about ordering one.
