Get rolls and rolls of heavy butcher paper and rolls of masking tape. With this completely cut in with the paper and make a complete floor with the paper. Tape all the areas together. Act as though this is the actual lino.
Take great care in cutting in good.
Then when done, remove the paper in one sheet and transpose it to the top of the roll of lino which should be laying out in the mild sun to get it soft and pliable.
Now, if you sure of your cuts and your plan, then cut it accurately or if unsure. cut it alittle fat. Take it in and sweep your flooring and install a water proof mastic and follow instructions.
