I have a Degree in English Literature AND I'm a librarian! It is my bound duty to bring such a thing to light.
You know what's funny? I have a young niece who was involved in this new way of teaching kids to spell. Instead of adhering to strict spelling rules (like we all did) they were encouraged to spell things based on how they sounded. So, Brian, if you were back in school now (say about grade 2 or 3 ) the teacher could possibly find nothing wrong with your spelling. Sorta takes the fun out it, huh?
