You or your contractor might want to look at the concrete slurry injection method of raising concrete. But I would not let the contractor try this unless you have talked to a couple of people in this business, found out for sure which ones are reputible, and talked to them again about fixing the problem permanently. Like many things, this can be a great solution in the right circumstances and a total disaster in the wrong ones.
