I appreciate your sympathy and advice. We tried some bleach last night and are trying to assess if the subfloor is still in good enough shape to keep,or whether we'll need to put down a couple new subflooring planks before start with the plywood and durarock.
In any, case I appreciate your thoughtful comments.
